Performance Construction,  is a full service general contracting firm engaged in commercial and industrial construction projects, specializing in design/build project delivery methods.

Depending upon client preference, a full range of services are offered, including; preliminary planning and design, and complete architectural and engineering services. Major projects have been performed for Thomas & Betts, General Electric, Weatherford, ABB Vetco Gray, and other Fortune 500 clients. Additionally, Mr. Bell has designed and delivered several projects at the Chevron compound in Cabinda, Angola. Projects there have been completed for Chevron, ABB Vetco Gray, Weatherford, Schlumberger Anadrill, and Petroleum Helicopters. A large VEGI (Very Early Gas Injection) facility was co-designed by him working in conjunction with MW Kellogg and constructed at the ARCO facility in Algeria.

The ultimate confirmation of Mr. Bell’s ability occurred in the aftermath of Tropical Storm Allison which severely damaged Houston, Texas in June, 2001. He was selected to lead and coordinate the flood damage remediation to the Memorial Herman Professional Building & Parking Garage. Responding within hours of the damage, Mr. Bell assembled and organized a team of 325 people who constructed $8MM of remedial improvements in 6 weeks.
